MariePHYLLISCOOK of Woodham, died at St Peters Hospital on 24th September 2008, after a long illness, aged 70. Her funeral will be held at Our Lady Help Of Christian Church, West Byfleet at 2.00pm on Monday 6th October, followed by burial at Brookwood Cemetery. She was the Wife of Gordon and Mother to Christopher, Rosamund and Justin. Phyllis had been in Norfolk House Nursing Home, Weybridge for the last two years and the family would like to thank the staff there for the care and attention given to Phyllis. Also to the staff in the Intensive Care Unit at St Peters Hospital. Family flowers only please, but donations may be made to Great Ormond Street Hospital, c/o G. Boutell & Son, 50 High Road, Byfleet KT14 7QL.
